Responsibilities
- Support existing customers with their technical and accounting issues over the phone, ticket and chat
- Show software solutions to customers via online demonstrations, presenting functionality that will solve their individual IT challenges
- Identify customer needs and forward such requests to our sales department
- Work closely with all members of the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers
Requirements
- C2 fluency in Polish and English on a B2 level is mandatory
- Willingness to move to Porto, Portugal at your own expense (no relocation support from company)
- Willingness to travel to Germany for 1 1/2 weeks of the onboarding (transportation and hotel costs covered by company)
- Other languages, such as Italian, Spanish or German are a plus
- Previous experience in fast-paced customer service role
- Strong communication skills and passion for working with people
- University degree in the field of economics, or other relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training is preferred
