Onze reis
Onze reis is op maat gemaakt om ervoor te zorgen dat zowel wij als jij er zeker van zijn dat dit de juiste positie voor jou is. Tijdens het proces krijg je veel informatie over ons bedrijf en de functie, zodat je weet hoe het zal zijn om voor ons te werken. Het eerste gesprek voeren we telefonisch
We bellen geschikte kandidaten op om de functie te bespreken en te bekijken hoe jij ons team kunt versterken.
Eerste interview
We voeren het eerste gesprek over Microsoft Teams.
Case test
Voorafgaand aan het tweede gesprek krijg je een casus die je in het tweede gesprek moet presenteren.

DE TEAMS
Multilingual Jobs Worldwide is verdeeld in verschillende teams. De teams zijn gebaseerd op de markt waarop ze zich richten en de taalachtergrond die ze hebben. Daarnaast hebben we een admin-team dat werkt aan alle verschillende administratieve taken die we hebben, zoals CRM-systeem, economie, IT, sourcing en meer. Het laatste team dat we hebben is het marketingteam. Ze behandelen eigenlijk alles rond marketing. Hoewel het bedrijf is verdeeld in teams, werken we samen in teams of kantoren. We zijn altijd op zoek om uit te breiden naar verschillende markten en werken met verschillende talen.

I started a part-time internship as economy assistant in collaboration with my university on the implementation of business intelligence systems in a medium sized international company. Towards the end of my studies, I got offered a permanent contract as HR & Finance Controller within the company. The internship enabled me to gain first-hand experience on international finance, employee management and client management. Today I am responsible for the finance management, administration, reporting and employee relations beyond the Norwegian market. My goals are to be part of further company development in foreign markets and handling the controlling of all entities.
Marcel Louis David Hager, Finance & HR Controller
I started working as a Recruitment Trainee in Nordic Jobs Worldwide in January 2017. I got to learn about the Nordic recruitment market, and international recruitment in general. I loved the work and got promoted as an International Recruiter, and later also got to manage the Norwegian and the Danish team. After a while in my leadership role, I got responsibility for the whole Nordic market and I am today working as the Global Delivery Manager in Nordic Jobs Worldwide. I am today also one of three partners, and I am proud to see the journey and growth with the company. Looking forward to many more years and growth ahead!

I was lucky to join Nordic Jobs Worldwide on summer 2019 and start learning recruitment via a Talent Hunter position. After half a year of learning in the job, I started the year 2020 with great success, ending the year with amazing results – found my competitive side truly! Terhi Raudaskoski, Business & Relationship Manager
I started in Nordic Jobs Worldwide in January 2019 as one of 10-15 colleagues at our co work space in Oslo. We started to grow our teams and business, and I quickly became responsible for the Danish market working as a Delivery Manager. During this year, we moved to our very own office a bit outside of central Oslo. It was a super nice feeling having our own space as we were in a fast developing phase. During covid in the middle of 2020 I decided to go back to Denmark working remote but I also at the same time decided to take up the challenge and building up our Malaga office in August 2021. So working 50/50 during 2020 in Denmark and Malaga became a reality. Until out of a sudden, we were 5 colleagues at the office. I decided to move permanently to Malaga and work a 100% from the office as the office manager as the ambition was to grow this office and teams. Today 2021, we are 15 colleagues working from the office in Malaga, with some remote colleagues visiting once in a while. In the whole organization divided in 3 brands we are now 50 colleagues working. We are still looking for more colleagues to join!

It has been an incredible journey for me, both personally and professionally; and it has been amazing being a part of the company’s growth. I am now working as the Systems & Sourcing Manager for our brands – and am so thankful for the opportunities and faith put in me.
