What will you do?

  • Engage with customers via email or phone regarding post-sales product inquiries

  • Manage follow-ups on orders, repairs, complaints, and troubleshooting

  • Continuously improve the customer satisfaction process

  • Understand individual customer needs and exceed their service expectations

  • Deliver memorable experiences that customers will want to share

Candidate profile

  • Proficient in Polish (C1/C2)

  • Fluent in English (B2)

  • Prior experience in customer service or troubleshooting is preferred

  • Excellent communication and empathetic interaction skills

  • Strong IT literacy (Microsoft Office, email, chat tools)

  • Logical thinker with problem-solving abilities

  • Must hold a valid work permit if non-EU resident
