What will you do?
Engage with customers via email or phone regarding post-sales product inquiries
Manage follow-ups on orders, repairs, complaints, and troubleshooting
Continuously improve the customer satisfaction process
Understand individual customer needs and exceed their service expectations
Deliver memorable experiences that customers will want to share
Candidate profile
Proficient in Polish (C1/C2)
Fluent in English (B2)
Prior experience in customer service or troubleshooting is preferred
Excellent communication and empathetic interaction skills
Strong IT literacy (Microsoft Office, email, chat tools)
Logical thinker with problem-solving abilities
Must hold a valid work permit if non-EU resident
