Japanese Customer Support Agent
Responsibilities
- Delivering a high level of service ensuring player satisfaction, and handling of all general enquiries.
- Natural communicator through email, online chats with the occasional outbound phone call.
- Working an afternoon/ evening shift:
- 06:00am-03:00pm CET – subject to change according to traffic growth/ trends.
- Our employees are adequately trained in Responsible Gambling in order to protect customers from harm following the relevant licensing objectives.

- Providing our customers with the best level of service.
- Taking on board feedback, learning, and constantly enhancing your already incredible skills.
- Working independently and being trusted to make decisions to improve player satisfaction and team results whilst maintaining a strong focus on player protection & responsible gaming.

Requirements
- You are awesome in Japanese, both written and spoken (and pretty good in English too).
- You thrive at multi-tasking.
- Master new skills quickly.
- A super positive attitude.
- Flexible to change in an ever growing / dynamic environment.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Strong communicator as well as instinctive solution provider (moved from what will you be doing day to day).
- You have experience and a passion in dealing with customers.
