What will you do?
Handle customer issues with empathy and professionalism
Respond to end-user requests via phone, email, and chat
Maintain strong customer relationships by resolving queries efficiently
Perform data entry and navigate various software programs
Candidate profile
Fluent in Hungarian and intermediate proficiency in English
Experience in customer support preferred
Technical support knowledge is a plus
Positive, flexible attitude and team-oriented
Able to remain calm and solution-focused with frustrated customers
Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly
