What will you do?
• Support hoteliers by providing professional, personalized responses to their queries via email, phone, and online forums
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by actively listening to hoteliers, addressing their needs, and anticipating future requirements
• Assess queries and escalate issues to internal teams when needed, ensuring prompt resolution
• Meet daily and weekly engagement metrics, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with the Implementations Team to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Address dissatisfaction with care to retain clients and turn them into promoters
• Identify signs of potential client churn and work with teams to resolve issues promptly

Candidate profile
• Fluent in German and English (non-negotiable)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a service-oriented, technical, or customer support role
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and responsive approach
• Technically proficient with various systems (training provided)
• Experience in hotel operations (e.g., front desk, reservations) or the hospitality industry, particularly B2B client interactions
• Clear communicator, empathetic, and solutions-oriented
• Open to continuous learning and adapting to new tools and feedback
