Our multicultural client is looking for Slovenian speakers to join their customer or technical service team in Athens, Greece. We're seeking candidates with a positive work ethic and a passion for excellent service. What will you do?

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Provide empathetic and efficient solutions to customer issues

  • Communicate primarily in Slovenian, with English used for internal communication

  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience and satisfaction

  • Maintain customer records and perform data entry using internal tools

  • Collaborate with your team to achieve service goals

Candidate profile

  • Native or near-native Slovenian speaker

  • Communicative level of English

  • Polite, courteous, and excellent communication skills

  • Ability to manage time and multitask efficiently

  • Team player with flexibility for shift work

  • Basic software and computer proficiency
