What will you do?

  • Prospect and generate leads through outbound calling with small and medium businesses
  • Collaborate closely with client to create a territory action plan, including target companies, target prospects, and messaging/talk-tracks
  • Set up new meetings to hand off to other sales groups
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospective accounts
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quota of qualified leads
  • Research and build new and existing accounts
  • Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers, build quick rapport, assess needs and close the sale
  • Explain client’s products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes
  • Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to deal closure
  • Reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend in products currently used
  • Troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant teams

Candidate profile

  • Fluency in German and strong command of English
  • Minimum 1 year experience in outbound sales, B2B sales or business development, ideally in the IT industry
  • Minimum 1 year experience working with cloud-related projects combined with B2B sales
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts, such as Google Cloud Platform solutions
  • Outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales with a great phone manner
  • History of quota over-achievement
  • Analytical mindset, self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Organized with strong pipeline, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Experience working in sales environment and IT outbound sales prospecting is a plus
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms is desirable
  • Proven success in generating leads and presenting sales pitches
  • Understanding of local market and business environment
