The project:

The Medical Project specialises in the development of innovative medical devices to make life easier for patients with diabetes and other diseases. The work position gives you the chance to contribute to making the lives of patients with diabetes easier.

Your duties:

- Customer contact by phone and email;
- Assistance with questions about the company's products;
- Possible malfunctions and alarms of the device;
- Handling and settings of the device;
- Assistance with ordering and shipping;
- Ordering the device but not the active ingredient;
- Orders based on medical prescriptions;
- Ordering test or demo kits.
- Resolving queries regarding payment transactions.
- Please note that this position requires good German as well as English, both oral and written.

Candidate Profile:

• Proficient level of German (C2 or native);
• Upper intermediate level of English (B1);
• Service-oriented mindset and approach to work;
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment.
