Job description

To Be Successful You Will Need to Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (a combination of education and experience will be considered);
  • Fluent in Dutch language (reading/writing/speaking);
  • English language it will be a plus;
  • Sales experience is mandatory, minimum 2 years experience;
  • Experience with acquisition customer and key accounts management is preferred;
  • Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred;
  • Knowledge of IT industry preferred;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills;
  • Must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter;
  • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Customer / Client facing experience would be handy.

The job includes:

  • Identifying and Qualifying Opportunities;
  • Preparing and managing end-to-end customer proposals including pricing activities;
  • Closing the deal;
  • Continuously covering existing customer relations and acquiring new customers;
  • Point of contact for account/ leads and business partners alike
  • Day-to-day account management in driving account revenue and profit by proactive back and front office support duties
  • Logging of calls and action/managing items from calls (follow-up)
  • Working with account /leads to effectively manage sales opportunities and forecasting
  • Liaising with sales support teams and resolving customer issues
  • Escalation of sales issues effectively to sales team and management
  • Liaising with Business Partners and Field Sales Account Managers for day-to-day order management and escalation to the order desk
  • Assist with quarterly sales campaigning within the account set
  • Closing sales opportunities
  • Identifying new opportunities within Business Partners and assigned customers.
