You will be part of a team of top class Technical Support Experts. You will receive enquiries via a ticketing
system and resolve them using your expert technical knowledge of the online marketing platform.
As a Technical Support Expert you will be working with one of the products below:
• Search Ads 360
• Display & Video 360
• Campaign Manager
• Authorized Buyers
Part of your daily activities will be:
• Resolving technical enquiries and troubleshooting of the online marketing platform in a B2B
• Using judgement in defining solutions to clients and adapt existing processes and methods to craft
• Using basic coding and debugging skills for problem analysis;
• Understand the business goals of the clients and support them through a chat system providing
solutions in a timely fashion;
• Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results.
- Fluent/native Portuguese
- Good level of English
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience is an advantage
- Paid Training
- 40 Hours per week from Monday to Friday, between 08.00h and 18.00h local business hours
- Holidays and 14x salaries
