Right now, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to build strong client relationships, ensure successful adoption of our digital marketing solutions, and drive long-term retention and growth. This is a client-facing role that combines digital marketing knowledge with stakeholder management, negotiation, and excellent communication skills. You will manage agency and direct-client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and help customers get measurable value from our products.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of assigned customers, build trust, and maintain long-term relationships.

Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition from sales to customer success.

Understand customer objectives and proactively identify opportunities to increase product adoption and value.

Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess satisfaction, surface challenges, and recommend solutions.

Serve as the primary contact for inquiries, issues, and escalations, coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve them.

Monitor customer health and usage data to spot at-risk accounts and execute retention strategies.

Educate customers on new features, product updates, and best practices to maximize ROI.

Collect customer feedback and advocate internally to influence product and service improvements.

Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities in line with customer goals.

Track and report key customer success metrics, including churn, retention, and customer satisfaction.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer success processes, playbooks, and resources.
Requirements
- Fluent in French (at least C1 but ideally C2)

Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.

Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools and metrics, including Google AdWords, DBM, Google Analytics, and PPC ROI tracking.

Familiarity with online advertising models (Search, Display, Mobile, Video) and revenue models such as pay-per-click, CPM, CPV, and CPA.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage digital marketing agencies and client teams.

Customer-focused, proactive, and results-oriented, with good problem-solving and prioritization skills.

Experience using CRM systems (for example Salesforce) and customer success platforms, plus comfort with data analysis and reporting.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and adapt to changing client needs.
Benefits

Base salary: €34,500 to €39,000 per year (depending on experience)

Yearly language bonus: €3,240.

Yearly transportation bonus: €720.
- 1750 € net relocation bonus

Meal allowance: €7.63 net per worked day.

Yearly performance bonus: up to 6% of yearly base salary.
