As an Account Manager, you will:
- Have full managerial responsibility of a portfolio of German SME clients, with a clear focus on portfolio growth and long-term account retention strategy
- Identify client needs and offer suitable products and services to create greater customer engagement
- Proactively manage an effective pipeline, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to achieve and exceed growth targets
- Consistently seek out new sources for expansion opportunities such as self-generated leads, client referrals, subsidiaries, or sister companies
- Ensure premium value is delivered in line with the client’s goals, delivering a positive customer experience and building customer advocacy

- Are proficient or bilingual in German, with advanced English
- Have experience working with or within the German market
- Are self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on achieving targets
- Have a challenger mindset and the ability to think creatively to identify new business opportunities
- Are a natural forward planner who is highly organized and able to manage multiple customers at different stages of the sales process

- Salary: €20,480 gross/year + up to €3,000 gross/year in bonus
