What will you do?

  • Oversee Service Desk deliverables (Incidents, Service Requests, IMACs, etc.) and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs

  • Monitor, coordinate, and supervise daily operations of the team

  • Manage dips in performance with proactive reinforcement plans

  • Act as the escalation point for end users, customers, and internal/external teams

  • Represent the Service Desk in internal and customer meetings

  • Assist with first-line support when required

  • Allocate daily tasks, coordinate BAU delivery, and deputize for the Service Desk Manager as needed

  • Drive process improvements, team governance, and resource planning

  • Manage staffing, attrition, and hiring activities

  • Review and resolve client complaints in collaboration with relevant departments

  • Mentor team members on technical and process topics

  • Maintain operational reports in SharePoint

  • Identify training needs and coordinate with QA and Training teams to deliver coaching sessions

  • Conduct training and quality audits for the team

  • Work in rotational shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

Candidate profile

  • Proven experience in IT service delivery and customer handling for international clients

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Excellent communication skills, with experience managing services across geographies

  • ITIL knowledge and experience in process improvements

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and within tight timelines

  • C1/C2 Polish language skills and at least B2 level English

  • Understanding of European culture and work practices

  • Certifications such as ITIL, MCSE, or relevant cloud support qualifications are a plus
