We are looking for an Area Sales Manager for our international client within the real estate industry in Taichung, Taiwan

Area Sales Manager – What will you be doing?
This is a fast-paced sales role with a strong focus on leasing and occupancy. Your mission is to sell flexible office solutions and coworking memberships while keeping your centers as close to 100% occupied as possible. You will:

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial enquiry to closing the deal (often within the first meeting).

Conduct tours of the office space, showcasing facilities and explaining solutions tailored to client needs.

Act as a leasing agent – ensuring available spaces are filled quickly with the right customers.

Drive occupancy rates and maximize revenue performance for your assigned centers.

Build strong local relationships with prospective clients and brokers in the Taichung market.
What you’ll need…
