What will you do?
Lead, coach, and support a multilingual team of 10–15 IT Retail Supporters
Ensure excellent customer service via phone, email, and proactive monitoring
Drive continuous improvement initiatives with a strong customer focus
Collaborate with international tech leadership on support development
Manage performance, motivation, and long-term development of team members
Facilitate check-ins, team meetings, dailies, and development sessions
Participate in budgeting and new feature planning
Expect occasional travel (2–3 times per quarter), primarily within Europe
Candidate profile
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in global customer service or IT service desk
Strong communicator with excellent English skills, Spanish is a plus
Customer-oriented and analytical mindset
Experienced in managing multicultural teams
Proactive, pragmatic, and motivated by team development and results
Familiar with tools and techniques for running effective IT support functions
