What will you do?

• Interact effectively with customers via calls, emails, or chat in both Dutch and English

• Handle customers’ IT-related complaints and issues with patience and empathy

• Efficiently resolve technical issues

• Record details of customer interactions and actions taken

Candidate profile

• Native-level Dutch (C2) and fluent English (C1)

• Advanced technical knowledge

• Previous experience in customer support

• EU Passport

• Can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset
