What will you do? 

• Interact effectively with customers via calls, emails, or chat in both Dutch and English. 

• Handle customers’ IT-related complaints and issues with patience and empathy. 

• Efficiently resolve technical issues. 

• Record details of customer interactions and actions taken. 

Candidate profile 

• Native-level Dutch (C2) and fluent English (C1). 

• Advanced technical knowledge. 

• Previous experience in customer support. 

• EU Passport. 

• Can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset.
