Are you a Dutch native speaker with strong communication skills and an interest in technology? For our SMA project in Barcelona, we are looking for Technical Support Specialists to join the team starting 15 September 2025.

Your responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
Analyze and solve issues with a customer-oriented approach
Work closely with an international team in a dynamic environment
What we offer
Permanent full-time contract (39 hours/week) with a two-month trial period
Possibility to work from home after 6 months, depending on performance and agreement with the manager

Requirements
Native Dutch speaker + minimum B2/C1 English
Valid EU passport
NIE number or NIE appointment scheduled
Residency in Barcelona
Interest in technology or electricity
For remote work: stable internet connection with ethernet cable (equipment provided: PC, headset, etc.)
