Disclaimer: for the time being, we can solely consider candidates already based in the Granada region. In addition to that, this position requires training to take place in the client's Valencia office. Flights and accommodation will be covered.
What tasks can you expect?
From their BPO business unit, they provide operational and strategic outsourcing solutions to clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring accurate personnel and payroll administration for assigned clients.
- Following up, calculating, and checking payroll for your clients.
- Guiding and advising clients on payroll, personnel administration, and social legislation.
- Building a relationship of trust with your clients.
- Answering employees’ questions about their files on behalf of their employer.
- Keeping your knowledge and expertise up to date across various payroll and personnel administration domains.
- Continuously seeking improvements and optimizations in existing work processes.
What do you bring?
A well-rounded passion for payroll and personnel administration, along with a strong drive to support the clients. In addition:
- A strong interest in HR, particularly payroll and employment legislation.
- Knowledge of the payroll input system eBlox is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and accurately.
- Strong results-driven mindset.
- Flexibility to meet your clients’ deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and good command of Dutch and English.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.
