What will you do?
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Manage supplier invoices in the internal system
- Enlighten suppliers concerning invoice doubts
- Answer suppliers through outgoing and incoming calls and emails
- Evaluate the need for escalation
- Put suppliers in contact with the client when necessary
Candidate profile
This role is a great match if you:
- Have a high level of Danish (written and oral) and fluency in English (B2)
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have proficiency in Excel and good communication skills
- Are autonomous and able to ensure end-to-end delivery of cases
- Are currently living in Portugal
- Are responsible, flexible, dynamic, and resilient
