What will you do?

• Being the point of contact for trucks of minimum 3.5 tons
• Answering directly to drivers, transport and logistics companies
• Supporting customers via phone, email, and chat
• Clarifying questions related to roads across the Netherlands
• Assisting with registration, onboard unit orders, and payments
• Ensuring revenue collection
• Handling debt communication
• Supporting service sales when applicable
• Providing accurate, efficient, and empathetic customer support
• Contributing to the achievement of project objectives

Candidate profile

• Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level)
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a proactive attitude
