What will you do?

• Deliver technical support for a leading software company’s products and services

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft tools such as Office, Outlook, Onedrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Windows

• Assist customers with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency

• Apply critical thinking to diagnose technical problems

• Communicate effectively in Portuguese and English

Candidate profile

• Native-level Portuguese and advanced English

• Educational background or hands-on experience in IT or Cloud technologies

• Experience as a Technical Support Agent or IT Technician is highly valued

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle diverse customer interactions professionally

Employer offers

• Full-time contract (39 hours/week), Monday to Friday

• Rotating shift between 9:00–18:00 and 10:00–19:00
