Job description

Enterprise Account Executive – Italy, Milan

Their vision is to be the universal symbol of trust, bringing consumers and businesses together through reviews. They are well on their way—but there’s still an exciting journey ahead. Join them at the heart of trust.

The company is on a mission to expand their footprint in the Enterprise segment—and they are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help grow in the Italian market. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in winning high-value clients, shaping the company’s presence in the Enterprise space, and driving strategic growth. This is a pure new business role—no account management, no renewals—focused only on building pipeline and finding new customers; the opportunity to build something big.

This position is based in their Milan office, and they are looking for someone onsite, who will have the opportunity to work alongside colleagues in their hybrid working set-up.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the charge in expanding the company’s Enterprise segment, targeting top-tier brands in Italy.

  • Develop new business opportunities within key verticals and identify high-potential industries.

  • Own the full Enterprise new business cycle - prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing complex deals.

  • Navigate multi-stakeholder environments and drive executive-level conversations.

  • Build and execute structured outbound strategies to engage key decision makers.

  • Consistently exceed new logo acquisition targets and drive high-impact deals.

  • Manage and support complex RFI/RFP processes to win large-scale accounts.

  • Partner with marketing and SDR teams to convert high-value Enterprise leads.

  • Provide strategic feedback to product teams to enhance Enterprise offerings.

  • Mentor junior BDMs and contribute to the team’s success.

  • Represent the company at industry events, forums, and webinars to build brand visibility.

Who you are:

  • Proven experience in a new business/hunting role, closing high-value deals in SaaS, MarTech or similar industries, managing complex and long sales cycles.

  • A track record of exceeding new business targets, consistently winning enterprise clients.

  • Experience engaging C-level executives and multiple stakeholders across business units.

  • Strong understanding of legal, procurement, and RFP processes in Enterprise sales.

  • Background in e-commerce or MarTech is a plus.

  • Familiarity with sales & marketing tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • A strategic, self-driven mindset with a passion for building and scaling.

  • Fluent in Italian and English.

  • Willingness to travel for business meetings & events.

What’s in it for you?

  • Ongoing career development, training and one-to-one coaching via their in-house enablement team

  • Hybrid working model: 2–3 days on-site and the rest working from home

  • A lucrative commission structure, company bonus, and benefits

  • 22 days of annual leave; after 12 months of continuous service, you will be entitled to 3 additional days

  • 2 (paid) volunteering days a year to support causes that matter to you and your community

  • They care about employee well-being; full access to apps such as Headspace, Blinkist, and LinkedIn Learning
