What will you do?
Handle incoming calls and provide top-quality customer support in German
Assist customers with hotel reservations and inquiries
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide effective solutions
Utilize strong communication and sales skills to maximize bookings
Upgrade bookings from customers
Candidate profile
Native German speaker + fluent English skills
in possession of NIE number
Previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Employer offers
Permanent contract (39 hours/week) after a 2-month probation period
Competitive salary of €21.500 gross a year
Welcome bonus of €1500 gross!
Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday 8:00-22:00, including alternate weekends
