As a Customer Experience Associate with German, you’ll join a high functioning team of passionate support professionals who know their performance is critical to our client.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing phone and email support for customers by investigating, and resolving their issues

  • Identifying clients problems and propose solutions

  • Collaborating with other team members and vendor partners to provide high-quality support

  • Set a high bar for support analysts within the organization by setting an example through performance and work ethic

 

Skill Requirements:

  • Good understanding of English and advance level of German language (written and spoken)

  • Strong PC skills - keyboarding and surfing

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to identify and understand clients’ needs

  • Ability to present complex information in a simple way

 

Nice To Haves:

  • Experience with compliance, payments, fraud, account access, trust and safety, or other relevant operational domains.

  • Advanced understanding of Google apps, JIRA, Salesforce Service Cloud
