Do you want to progress in your career and have a large affinity to technology and working with a wide range of customers? Then read on, as we are looking for dedicated English-speaking Customer Support Specialists in the picturesque city of Porto, Portugal.

We are looking for candidates with at least C1 English proficiency and strong cultural familiarity with the UK market (e.g. having lived or worked in the UK), as the role involves supporting customers in this region.

Responsibilities

 

  • Support our existing customers with their technical and accounting issues over the phone, ticket and chat
  • Show our software solutions to customers via online demonstrations, presenting functionality that will solve their individual IT challenges
  • Identify customer needs and forward such requests to our sales department
  • Work closely with all members of the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers

 

Requirements

 

  • C1 English and experience working on the UK market in a fast-paced customer service role 
  • Other languages, such as Italian, Spanish or German are a plus
  • University degree in the field of economics, or other relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training is preferred
  • Windows®/Mac user knowledge desirable
  • At least some experience working with customer and/or in sales, e.g. Internships
  • Determination, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Working independently is just as important to you as team spirit
  • Strong communication skills and passion for working with people
