Your Role – What You’ll Do

As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for enterprise customers, delivering exceptional tech support across phone and online channels. You’ll:

  • Take ownership of new support cases and resolve technical issues

  • Assist enterprise clients, partners, and engineers

  • Define issues clearly and gather relevant technical information

  • Research problems and collaborate with internal teams when needed

  • Escalate complex issues and act as a customer advocate

  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • Drive customer satisfaction by setting clear expectations and delivering on commitments

What You’ll Need

  • Fluent Croatian and B2-level English (spoken and written)

  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

  • Willingness to relocate and embrace international experience

  • Strong knowledge of Office 365, especially Exchange Online

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of networking, authentication protocols (Kerberos, NTLM), and PowerShell

  • Experience with:

    • Office 365 Directory tools (DirSync, AD Connect)

    • Microsoft Azure Active Directory

    • DNS setup and troubleshooting

    • Active Directory (FSMO Roles, Trusts, Sites, and Services)

    • Network capture and analysis
