Devika, our Dutch Talent Sourcer, is originally from Paramaribo, Suriname and she is fluent in Dutch and English. She is in the last stage of her Bachelor’s degree and she is studying forestry because Suriname is a country that has 93% forest coverage. She has a lot of experience as a customer service representative but was ready for a new experience as a talent sourcer. She loves to help people and as a talent sourcer she can enjoy a win-win situation.
