Worldwiders Recruitment is looking for a Systems & IT Intern to support our day-to-day IT and systems operations. You’ll help keep our team running smoothly by setting up and managing accounts and equipment, providing general technical support, improving how our documents are stored and accessed, and contributing to our evolving AI strategy. You may also support other internal systems and assist with reporting. 

This is a hands-on internship where you’ll work closely with our team and gain practical experience across business-critical tools and processes. 

Key responsibilities 

  • Set up and configure equipment for new hires (laptops, peripherals, access setup basics). 

  • Create, manage, and maintain Microsoft accounts (e.g., Microsoft 365 users/access). 

  • Create and administer ATS accounts (Applicant Tracking System) for employees. 

  • Provide general technical support to internal users (triage, troubleshooting, documentation). 

  • Support offboarding (deprovision accounts, access removal, device return coordination, checklists). 

Document library optimization 

  • Help optimize and structure the document library from a technical standpoint: 

  • Improve organization, permissions/access, naming conventions, findability, and version control 

  • Support documentation hygiene and help reduce duplicates/legacy clutter 

  • Suggest improvements to tools or automations where helpful 

AI strategy support 

  • Contribute to the company’s AI strategy initiatives, such as: 

  • Supporting rollout, adoption and optimization of AI tools/workflows 

  • Helping document best practices and basic guidelines 

  • Assisting with safe and effective usage across teams 

Reporting & other systems 

  • Support with generating reports from our systems (e.g., ATS or Microsoft tools). 

  • Assist with other systems admin tasks as needed (light ops support across tools).  

Requirements 

  • Available for a minimum of 3 months 

  • Comfortable providing friendly, structured support to colleagues (you enjoy helping people) 

  • Self-driven and comfortable working on projects alone. 

  • Organized and detail-oriented (access management and offboarding require accuracy) 

  • Basic technical confidence: you can follow processes, troubleshoot step-by-step, and escalate when needed 

Preferred (nice to have) 

  • Ability to work hybrid from one of our offices: Barcelona, Oslo, or Malaga 

  • Previous experience with Microsoft 365 (helpful, but not required)
