German-speaking Sales Supervisor for a Banking sector in Lisbon, Portugal

Our client is looking for German-speaking Sales Supervisor to lead a high-performing team dedicated to insurance sales within an international contact center environment. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, proven leadership experience, and the ability to drive results in a dynamic and competitive setting.

What will you do?

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a multilingual sales team to achieve individual and team targets;
  • Monitor daily performance, ensuring KPIs such as conversion rate, sales per hour, and script adherence are consistently met or exceeded;
  • Deliver structured coaching, sales training, and continuous feedback to enhance individual performance and sales techniques;
  • Foster a results-driven and positive team environment focused on overachievement;
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members;
  • Prepare and present performance reports and action plans to internal stakeholders;
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulations applicable to insurance sales.

Candidate profile

  • Fluency in German (C1 or higher) and English (minimum B2) – mandatory;
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a sales environment, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector;
  • Strong leadership, communication, and performance management skills;
  • Solid knowledge of consultative sales techniques and the ability to motivate sales professionals;
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office;
  • Availability to work in rotational shifts (Monday to Saturday).
