Would you like to join us in challenging the status quo of how companies manage travel and expenses? You’ll have the opportunity to grow as we ambitiously become one of Europe’s biggest expense management software providers. You'll join a flat structure where you'll work alongside the founders of the business, gaining valuable insight into how to sell our Product.


About our Client: 

Our client is a  Tech company HQ’d in Brussels with  Declaree product HQ’d in Rotterdam, they provide global Expense Management software solutions for mid-market, large multinationals and governmental organizations.
They have 23 different nationalities and counting, 43% of their workforce are women and they have offices in Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Romania and Portugal.

What will you do

  • You’ll be the first real contact our prospect hears from.
  • You get to bridge marketing and sales; you’re responsible for moving leads/prospects through the buyer's journey in order to become opportunities. This means engaging with prospects through calls, emails and social channels in a personalised way.
  • You only pass the most qualified leads to sales, so resources aren't wasted on dead-end leads. At the same time, you seek out the right individual within a company for whom a sales conversation would be most relevant.
  • While you are in contact with the prospects you want to keep them engaged by using existing marketing materials to stimulate interest. This involves sharing content and offering relevant and helpful suggestions. It's important to build trust  and provide value before trying to initiate a sales call.
  • We mentioned Hubspot earlier, well, we need you to document your activities and your findings in Hubspot, it’s only good if the right data is in there, that goes for updating duplicate contacts and accurate contact information.
  • You’ll give feedback to your marketing colleagues on which leads (and channels) generate the best results in terms of qualified leads.
  • Occasionally you’ll work on specific outbound campaigns whereby you contact potential clients through cold-calling against specific target list


What will you bring

  • You’ll maybe have had 1 sales role previously
  • You have a native level of German and speak fluent English.
  • You’re energetic, creative, an out of the box thinker, inquisitive, you ask why and you're a go-getter. You have a hunting mentality!
  • A big plus would be if you can put together some good blog posts and create some compelling copy for our email campaigns.
  • You’re not afraid of objections and understand our Clients pain points.
