Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an inside sales team to cultivate specific customer relationships.
  • Update and curate the existing customer database, identifying key decision-makers.
  • Initiate contact with key stakeholders and assess their interest in our business travel and meetings/events offerings.
  • Facilitate the transfer of qualified leads to our internal sales teams for further engagement.
  • Drive sales and profitability within your customer portfolio, aligning with account and marketing strategies.
  • Elevate customer experience through proactive sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Native proficiency in the local market language and fluency in English.
  • Proven experience in prospecting and B2B customer management, with expertise in inside sales activities.
  • Strong negotiation skills, including reactivating dormant accounts, qualifying prospects, and managing meetings.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals.
  • Ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
  • Quick learner with the capacity to maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
  • Knowledge or interest in the hotel industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
