About the role:

• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat

• Help customers find the right products and services, proactively assisting both online and offline

• Deliver service with a smile and embody our core value: “Think like a customer”

Requirements:

• Native or near-native French speaker with high-level English (spoken and written)

• Working permit for in Spain or EU Passport

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or other customer-facing roles

• A super friendly, solution-oriented attitude and genuine love for helping people

• Dynamic, flexible, team player with creative problem-solving skills

• Currently based in Valencia or willing to relocate

Salary: €1.700 - €1.800,- /month
Start date: ASAP
