What will you do?
• Assist customers via email, chat, and phone
• Provide accurate information based on in-depth knowledge of products, brand, and industry
• Conduct research to gather relevant data for customer inquiries
• Ensure a positive and efficient customer experience
• Work both independently and within a team

Candidate profile
• Excellent communication skills
• Near-native level of Slovenian (written and verbal)
• Advanced English proficiency
• Previous customer service or related experience
• Strong customer-oriented attitude
• Good typing and MS Office skills
• Proficiency using CRM systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Completed high school education
