Do you want to work in a global B2B sales environment and support international sales teams from Bulgaria? Our client is looking for a Dutch-speaking Sales Support Specialist to join their team in Sofia in a hybrid setup.

What will you do?

  • Prepare and validate revenue recognition data for client approval in collaboration with internal operations teams

  • Monitor revenue metrics, scheduled billings, quoting tools, and pipeline data to identify gaps or duplications

  • Conduct regular pipeline hygiene checks and coordinate with sellers to resolve missing close plans or overdue opportunities

  • Investigate and resolve billing and invoicing issues, including disputes, adjustments, and credits

  • Support forecasting activities by participating in closing calls, tracking deal progress, and preparing forecast documentation

  • Manage support tickets related to pricing, quoting tools, CRM issues, and billing escalations

  • Proactively monitor deal progress and collaborate with quoting teams and management to resolve issues

  • Generate and share reports on pipeline hygiene and billing readiness in CRM systems

Candidate profile

  • Professional fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or outsourcing environments is an advantage

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
