The role:
The Legal team handles requests for user data from external parties; supporting a high volume of incoming requests pursuant to legal requests from U.S. and/or global law enforcement. This team processes these requests using internal tools based on complex internal policies. This is a back office position, without direct contact with customers.
As a Legal Operations Associate, you will process requests related to user data. This role requires that you be sensitive to user privacy and legal requirements.
Your day-to-day routine will include processing, analyzing, and interpreting the language of these requests. This highly-repetitive, detailed, procedural role can become tedious, so you need to be the type of person who is genuinely invested in our client’s mission, in quality, in user data rights, and who can stay dedicated and task-oriented amidst the routine.
Professionalism, humility, and confidentiality are of the utmost importance for this role.
