We are looking for English-speaking Customer Support Agents to join a leading fintech project in Thessaloniki. This role offers the chance to support a global financial services client in a high-performance, voice-based support environment.
Our client is a global digital outsourcing specialist, partnering with some of the world’s most respected brands to deliver customer experience solutions across industries. They combine multilingual talent, technology, and operational excellence to drive results.
What will you do?
Deliver professional, voice-based customer support to fintech users.
Ensure white-glove customer service with fast, effective issue resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records while upholding data privacy standards.
Communicate clearly and empathetically, aligning with client expectations.
Operate on a rotating shift schedule between 16:00 – 04:00, Monday to Sunday.
Complete a structured training program and integrate quickly into daily operations.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months’ experience in fintech or financial services.
At least 2 years of customer support or service experience.
English proficiency at C1 level or higher (spoken and written).
Comfortable working night shifts and weekends on rotation.
Completion of the White Glove Assessment (Harver) before submission.
What you’re offered
Monthly gross salary of €1,050.
Monthly transportation allowance of €130.
One-month training period including nesting.
On-site position in Thessaloniki, within a modern support center.
