About the client:
Our client operates globally in the accounting space, offering tailored services for Danish and international clients. With the office in Malaga, they work across borders to deliver agile and efficient business solutions. Now, they’re looking for a passionate bookkeeper to be a key player in their Malaga office.
What You’ll Do:
Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including sales, purchases, bank transactions, and VAT reconciliations
Process invoices and payments accurately and promptly
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with annual filings
Maintain precise and consistent financial records
Identify opportunities to improve and streamline accounting workflows
Tackle various ad-hoc finance tasks as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in bookkeeping, with familiarity in systems like e-conomic, Xero, QuickBooks, Dinero or similar (please specify)
Strong IT skills, including Excel or Google Sheets, email, and file management (testing will be part of the process)
A structured, detail-oriented mindset with a high level of reliability and ownership
Excellent spoken and written English (testing required)
All legal documents to work in Spain and availability to work on-site in Malaga (no relocation support)
Offer:
Regular Monday to Friday working hours, no weekend or late shifts.
Salary: EUR 1,500 to 1,800 gross per month (based on experience), plus a quarterly bonus linked to company revenue
Long-term, unlimited contract
