What will you do?
Project 1: Lead generation, qualification, management
• Prospect and generate leads through outbound calling with small and medium businesses
• Collaborate on territory action plans, including targets and messaging
• Set up meetings for hand-off to sales teams
• Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives
• Achieve monthly quota of qualified leads
• Qualify opportunities and handle objections
• Research and build account intelligence
Project 2: Product/service sales, upsell (inbound and outbound)
• Execute daily outbound/inbound sales communication
• Present products/solutions tailored to business needs
• Execute prospecting campaigns and manage pipeline
• Lead campaigns from outreach to deal closure
• Share and refine best sales practices
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Upsell and pitch new or complementary products
• Troubleshoot or redirect minor technical issues
Candidate profile
• Native-level command of your language and strong English skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound B2B sales, preferably in IT
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts (e.g., Google Cloud Platform)
• Confident communicator with excellent phone manner
• Proven track record of quota achievement
• Analytical, proactive, and self-driven attitude
• Skilled in pipeline/time/prioritization management
• Sales CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
• Understanding of local market and business landscape
