We are looking for an International Recruiter (360 Recruitment Consultant) to join our Barcelona office, working with our Worldwiders brand and helping us grow our global client network.

What You’ll Do:

As an International Recruiter, you will play a key role in expanding our client portfolio while delivering top talent across international markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment processes (360 recruitment) from business development to candidate placement

  • Developing new client relationships and identifying new business opportunities

  • Working closely with international clients to understand their hiring needs

  • Creating engaging job ads and sourcing candidates through headhunting, LinkedIn, and job boards

  • Conducting candidate interviews and assessments

  • Managing recruitment pipelines and ensuring an excellent candidate experience

  • Working with KPIs, recruitment metrics, and performance targets

  • Contributing ideas and strategies to improve recruitment processes and market expansion

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in 360 recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency

  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment processes

  • Strong business development mindset and ability to acquire new clients

  • Experience working with KPIs, metrics, and recruitment targets

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Strong English communication skills

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in the UK or Ireland recruitment markets

  • Background from well-known recruitment agencies

  • Experience combining business development and recruitment delivery

Hybrid setup: 3 days office / 2 days remote

We prefer candidates already based in Barcelona, but we are also open to relocators from the UK or Ireland with strong recruitment experience.
