Our client is a renowned global IT service and consulting company, presently developing its tech footprint in Lisbon. They are now looking for a German-speaking Order Processing Analyst to join their new team in the capital!

The role:
Work as a member of the Order Management team! Key responsibilities would include:
Contract administration
Order intake
Order Processing
Supply management and
Load Authorization
Type of Process: Voice/Chat/Email/Data Entry
Soft Skills required:
Good communication abilities (Required for Load Auth & SMS)
Good analytical skills and problem solving abilities
Good listening and comprehension abilities
Multitasking and ability to coordinate with multiple stake holders
Any one of the following functional experiences will be required:
Back Office
Order Management
AR
Supply Chain / Procurement (Preferred for Load Auth & SMS)
Billing
Sales / Service Contract
Finance
Technical/Application
User Experience - SAP (Preferable) or any other ERP (Oracle, Siebel, PeopleSoft, SFDC etc.)
Good MS Office skills
Education Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a departmentally related
Relevant Experience 0-2 years
Language
C1 level in German
B2 level in English
