For our client in Bratislava we are looking for a German speaking Business support agent!

You will work closely with your colleagues from different branches abroad helping them to administratively support their business process (from contract creation, data analysis, up to the billing part).

In this way you can have a great impact on the quality of our brand and processes in front of our customers and thus help to improve the flow of urban life in the world.

What would be your daily responsibilities?

• Responding to internal requests and supporting teams abroad

• Administrating and modifying important contracts in SAP

• Managing and analyzing data in MS Excel

• Providing basic reporting and quality checks

• Attending meetings and calls

• Back office support

What do you need to be successful in this role

• University degree OR relevant experience in the field of administration/business/finance support

• MS Office package knowledge (MS Excel - intermediate)

• English language - min. B2 level

• German language - min. B2 level

• Precision and eye for detail

• Problem-solving & analytical skills
