Join our client’s team as an AML/CFT Compliance Officer and Atypical Operations Specialist, where you will review suspicious transaction alerts in accordance with regulatory standards and client-specific procedures. What will you do?
Analyze alerts and cases in order of priority and within defined timeframes, adhering to regulatory and client procedures
Conduct due diligence and gather all necessary documentation for case analysis
Perform enhanced reviews of AML/CFT and financial risks using client-provided analysis scenarios
Document decisions clearly to ensure compliance and audit readiness
Escalate high-risk or complex cases to senior staff or clients as needed
Stay informed on evolving AML/CFT regulations and financial crime typologies
Candidate profile
Experience in fintech, banking, AML, or KYC
Proficiency at C1/C2 level in supported languages
English proficiency at B2 level
Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
Available to work on-site in Athens
Employer offers
Fixed working hours: 10:00 to 18:00
Weekend shifts for FR team: 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday per month
On-site employment
€1,050 gross monthly salary
Up to 10% monthly performance bonus
€100 welcome bonus for the first 12 months
