For our client in Bratislava we are looking for a German speaking Supplier Support Agent!

As a Supplier Support Agent you will support the procurement processes mainly within German business units, but still being a part of a dynamic and international team here in Bratislava.

What will you do on daily basis?

• Ensure high quality of procurement documents and modify them, if needed
• Confirm and update orders numbers and similar data
• Handle incoming requests and prioritize your tasks (supporting your colleagues abroad)
• Arrange operational calls with the business units, if needed
• Communicate with our suppliers regarding material supplies
• Analyze data in SAP and MS Excel
• Help to improve the processes in order to increase the quality and efficiency
