Job description
This opportunity offers a structured work schedule, strong earning potential, and the chance to build valuable B2B sales experience in an international environment. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for small and medium-sized businesses. You’ll engage potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn, helping to identify needs, generate interest, and create long-term business opportunities.
Your Role
-Proactively contact potential customers and partners via phone, email, and LinkedIn
-Generate, qualify, and convert leads by understanding customer needs and purchase readiness
-Conduct targeted research on SMEs to identify decision-makers, company profiles, and solution fit

-Communicate value propositions clearly and tailor messaging to small business needs
-Build and manage a sales pipeline through outbound acquisition and win-back campaigns
-Independently close smaller sales opportunities and hand over qualified leads when required
-Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions and opportunities in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
Your Profile
-Speaks German at C1 level and English at B2 level
-Outbound sales experience, preferably with more technical products of at least one year

-Work independently and manage time and priorities effectively
-Communicate confidently with a professional, customer-focused approach
-Enjoy sales and apply persuasion skills in a respectful and consultative way
-Have a good level of technical understanding and can explain digital solutions clearly
-Are comfortable working with databases and CRM tools
-Are motivated to learn, grow, and continuously develop your skills
