Job description

Their Customer Service department is actively seeking a dedicated and customer-centric individual fluent in German and English to join our team in Malta as a Customer Service Coordinator.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  •  Support and develop CS Specialists with coaching, and training;
  • Train new joiners on systems, market knowledge, and processes;
  • Escalations responses and creation of incident tickets when a market issue is identified;
  • Complete one-to-one reviews with CS Specialists;
  • Deputise for Service Leader;
  • Create and review content for processes and procedures;
  • Responsible for resolving customer complaints;
  • GDPR / AML ticket handling;
  • Drive a digital mindset;
  • Task allocation;
  • Roster / Rota updates/creation.

 

Requirements: 

  • Fluent in written and oral both German and English;
  • A digital mindset where knowledge of the Salesforce system will be seen as an asset ;
  • Customer-centric mindset, focusing on how we can improve our operational contact handling to support our customers;
  • Coaching mindset, upskilling, and supporting the team to improve against our customer-centric KPIs.
