Your responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats in English related to Harman sound systems
Identify and assess customer issues and needs
Provide accurate and customer-oriented solutions
What we offer
Full-time contract of 4 months (39 hours/week) with a 1-month trial period
Possibility of contract extension after the initial period (stable service)
Salary: €21,900 gross/year in 12 payments (including language bonus)
Working schedule: Monday to Sunday, 10:00–18:00 (alternate weekends)
Paid training included in the contract (4 weeks, Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00)
