What will you do?

  • Lead your team to achieve business and performance targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction

  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain up-to-date CRM records

  • Remove roadblocks, support opportunity management, and resolve team challenges

  • Analyze sales and customer experience trends, creating strategic sales plans and best practices

  • Keep the team informed about market trends and client services developments

  • Manage client escalations and maintain strategic client relationships

  • Ensure clarity on targets and performance expectations within the team

  • Coordinate incentives and manage sales performance funds

  • Build business relationships with internal and external partners to meet customer expectations

Candidate profile

  • Bilingual or proficient in Dutch and English

  • 5+ years of proven sales experience

  • Strong leadership with a focus on customer experience and results

  • Skilled in operations, strategy building, and coaching

  • Proven record in developing and retaining successful employees

  • Experience maximizing revenue and applying sales best practices

  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM

  • Solution-oriented management experience
